As one of the earliest enterprises of home appliances in China, Meiling was established in 1983 and now is a wellknown company engaged in R&D and manufacturing of refrigeration appliances and washing machines in China. The annual manufacturing capacity of refrigerators and freezers is more than 12 million sets, and that of washing machines is 2 million sets. The company has 5 manufacturing bases in Hefei of Anhui province, Jingdezhen of Jiangxi province, Mianyang of Sichuan province, Zhongshan of Guangdong province, and Pakistan.

Meiling has three R&D centers, nine research institutes, 103 laboratories and 446 test stations. It also has a national laboratory, which is the UL/CSA/SGS/DERK/BUV accredited laboratory, with the independent testing ability of ROHS/ REACH. The new product goes through 60 test items and 2,162 hours of testing before launch in order to ensure its quality. Meiling possesses a national industrial design center, and many products have won the German Red Dot Award. Moreover, Meiling has built a national enterprise big data center, realizing intelligent production through the MES system.

Overseas R.F & WM BU is specialized in refrigerator and washing machine export business. Currently, the refrigerator (freezer) lineup covers the household series, commercial series, and medical series of professional refrigerating appliances. The washing machine lineup covers the front- load washer, top-load washer, dryer, and washer & dryer combo. At present, Overseas R.F & WM BU is exporting products to more than 130 countries and regions around the world, providing the cost-effective product solutions to global customers.
